Pergola pricing ranges from $8,000 for a basic cedar structure to $40,000+ for large louvered roof systems. A typical 12x16 cedar pergola with footings runs $12,000-$18,000.
Depending on size and placement, yes. Structures over a certain size or attached to the house typically require a building permit. We handle all permitting.
Most pergolas are installed in 2-4 days after footings are poured. Footing preparation adds 1-2 days. Louvered systems may take slightly longer due to motorized components.
Yes. We can install freestanding pergolas on existing patios using surface-mount post bases or by cutting into the patio to pour proper footings.
